Program Details

  • The Bangkok Pilot Program is Sunday Jun 6 to Saturday Jun 13, 2026

    Millennium Hilton Bangkok is hosting the event.

  • Round-trip airfare to Bangkok is included in the program registration fee. Group rates have been secured departing from five major U.S. international hubs. Upon final payment, participants will select their preferred departure airport for travel to Bangkok.

    Participants are responsible for travel to their selected U.S. departure hub. All Bangkok flights will be confirmed and ticketed in May following receipt of final payment.

  • Your 7-day, 6-night stay at the Millennium Hilton Bangkok is included in the program registration fee. All participants will be assigned a double-occupancy room.

    Participants wishing to share a room must indicate this in their application and list the other individual by full name. Shared accommodations will only be confirmed when both parties provide matching consent during the application process.

  • Round-trip airfare, round-trip airport transportation, hotel accommodations, daily breakfast and lunch, coffee breaks, evening excursions, and participant gifts are included in the program registration fee.

    Participants are responsible for the cost of their own evening meals. Medical or emergency expenses are not covered by SGP, and participants are strongly encouraged to secure appropriate travel insurance prior to departure.

  • Program registration is $2,600 USD per participant. A non-refundable deposit of $900 USD is required to secure your spot and must be received no later than February 20, 2026.

    The remaining balance is due in two installments:
    $850 USD due March 15, 2026
    $850 USD due April 25, 2026

    All payments must be received in full by 12:00 a.m. EST on May 1, 2026. Failure to remit full payment by this deadline will result in forfeiture of all funds paid and loss of participation in the program. SGP enforces a strict non-refundable payment policy.

  • Once all 40 participant seats are filled, the registration option will convert to a standby application. Standby applicants will be contacted in chronological order should a participant forfeit their spot.

    Because installment deadlines are strictly enforced, standby applicants must be prepared to remit any outstanding balance required to align with the current payment schedule at the time of activation. For example, applicants activated after March 15 must submit $1,750 USD to remain on schedule.
